The situation in Japan is a situation so horrible and so gigantic it's hard to believe this is really happening in our world today! It really touches me to see artists from all over the world trying to raise money and awareness for Japan by there art or other original projects.
To start with this collection of graphic posters made by several designers and brought together on Trendland. Amazing how well the design of the Japanese flag works in creative translations!
Lady Gaga also tries to put effort in the situation by selling these boring bracelets on her website, would have suspected something cooler, but all bits are helping.
One of my favorite bloggers Miss Cakehead, organized Cakes for Japan. Together with several pastry artists she created a huge amount of lovely cakes and cookies in a Japanese theme to sell for Japan! She sold out within just a few hours and baked Japan two-thousand pounds richer. So respect for Miss Cakehead!
