This original series called The Original Hipster are made by Parson school graduate Julia Chesky who now works as retoucher. She shot this story with Art Director Ali Lee and Chris, an interesting (homeless) model. Personally I think the contrast looks very cool and the title makes it a very funny. The homeless theme made me think about a earlier post about the search of China for the identity of homeless guy who got so famous with his style and became a style icon.So I guess looking like a homeless guy is considered very authentic nowadays or the hipsters are trying to look so authentic they end up like homeless people.
