Cool Collector # Art Files

I don’t think Anna Wintour is a big fan of this portrait of herself made by artist Saul Zanolari. He portrayed the fashion Editor of America’s Vogue the way she ‘appears to him’. Now I don’t really think he meant it as a compliment considering she's taking orders at a McDonalds drive-through. Zanolari uses a combination of photography, painting and digital art to create his work. He also made a portrait of Naomi Campbell who ‘appears to him’as a woman with a moustache. I visited his site to see if he made more funny portraits of famous people but his older works weren’t as recognizable as these portraits.

These Post-its or ‘Vintage tweets’ were made as a present for the visitors of the ‘Disruptive Code’ conference for web developers in Stockholm. I don’t really believe Post-it’s use to have the same function as twitter has now, but I think the idea is pretty funny.

I just love this video, “Hi”. It is a video made for Multitouch Barcelona (a design and technology event) . It was filmed at hangar, and music by Lullatone.

It sketches the scenario ‘What if your e-mail system was managed by a real human’? They sketched this scenario very beautiful with a lot of humor which makes it very fun to watch! Enjoy!
