Here in the Netherlands we have a satiric televisionshow called Koefnoen which makes funny sketches about recent developments in the news. This weekend they imitated the Pope that had some sharp en funny moments I would really like to share with you! The first few seconds of the movie are in Dutch but most of it is in English …enjoy!

Who has been a little social this weekend must have noticed that the recent developments in the Catholic church around child abuse is a popular subject to joke and complain about. The possible ‘terrorist attack’ during the Pope’s visit to London just gave it a extra something to make people more angry about all this priests who just seem to get away with everything without getting the punishment they deserve! No wonder more and more people start to rebel against the Catholic church! And it’s about time in my opinion, so this week I commit several posts to contribute to the whole ‘the pope is poop’ trend! Starting with this street art pictures from miss Cakeheads blog. Especially love the one of the pope in the dress with the female legs under it!

I am absolutely in love with this Tim Walker Editorial in the september issue of Vogue Italia! Best editorial of the whole issue...and this issue is big...very big! I really love the reds and the yellow combined with the gothic and spooky symbolic black elements. Also really enjoyed the fact that this Tim Walker editorial is more though than it's cute!

Collete’s and Nike started this trend with their Royal Macaron Pack. A series of Nike shoes in sweet macaroon colors that launched with an incredible cool cooking workshop where people could sweet-up there new Nike’s. Since this happening I’m seeing these little macaroons more and more, and it really reminds me of the cupcake mania that started too kick in three years ago. Now this is a way to give your camera a quick restyle whenever you want, too bad it’s only available in Japan. This may look like lego, but it are ‘Nano blocks’, the Japanese version of Lego. Nano blocks and Pentax worked together to use their 8x8x5mm blocks as skins. There are four designs available: The Lion, The Camouflage, The Bicycle, and The Classic Camera.
